Job Description: REVIT Electrical Designer & BIM ModellerPosition Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed REVIT electrical models for Bus Ducts, Control Panels, and related electrical equipment.
- Prepare shop drawings, layouts, schematics, and wiring diagrams using BIM standards.
- Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams to ensure clash-free designs.
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
- Generate quantity take-offs, schedules, and fabrication drawings directly from Revit.
- Ensure compliance with IEC, IS, and relevant electrical codes/standards.
- Support project teams with design modifications, revisions, and documentation control.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Participate in design reviews, quality checks, and audits for accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.




- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Electrical) and BIM workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Bus Ducts, Control Panels, and LV/MV electrical systems.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM coordination tools.
- Understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and audit-ready documentation.

Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in REVIT electrical design and BIM modelling.
- Prior exposure to manufacturing or electrical equipment industry preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
