Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or relevant

filed.
- 2-4 years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Experience in an international or multi-site environment preferred.

Technical Skills
- Basic, but strong knowledge of Windows client OS, Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange.
- Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with AD, user provisioning, and MFA.
- Experience with IT asset management and inventory tools.
- Understanding of CMDB concepts (CIs, relationships, data models) is a plus.
