Key Responsibilities
- Develop space planning layouts for office interiors
- Create 2D drawings and working plans:
- Build client presentation decks (layouts, concepts, mood boards)
- Translate client requirements into design concepts and layouts:
- Collaborate to refine designs based on feedback
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / SketchUp / Revit (any):
- Experience with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, InDesign, etc.):
- Strong understanding of office layouts and commercial interiors:
- Ability to create clean, modern design presentations:
- Positive communication and ability to understand client needs
Good to Have
- Experience in coworking / office design projects:
- Knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar rendering tools:
- Portfolio showcasing office or commercial projects
