Job Responsibility:
A Printing Supervisor is responsible for managing the entire printing process, including machines, workforce, and production, to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.
Key Responsibility:
- Managed daily printing production and ensured timely job completion
- Supervised offset printing machines and operators
- Maintained print quality (color matching, registration, alignment)
- Handled machine setup (plate, ink, paper adjustments)
- Reduced wastage and controlled material usage
- Coordinate with other departments like maintenance, quality, and planning
- Handle or report machine breakdowns
- Prepared daily production and quality reports
- Ensure output meets customer requirements
- Ensure availability of paper, ink, plates Uv and etc.
- Ensure regular machine cleaning and maintenance
- Follow safety procedures and guideline
