Key Responsibilities:
- Visit pharmacies, general stores, and salons on a daily basis
- Promote and explain product features and benefits to shop owners
- Generate new leads and onboard current retail outlets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Ensure product visibility and proper stock availability at stores
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Collect feedback from retailers and report to the management

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass
- Prior sales experience preferred (FMCG experience is a plus)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel locally and meet multiple clients daily
- Self-motivated and target-driven
