KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollege Outreach & Partnerships
- Identify and establish relationships with colleges, universities, and polytechnics in Bhopal and surrounding regions
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and awareness sessions at college campuses
- Build strong relationships with college TPOs, HODs, faculty members, and career counseling departments
- Organize career guidance sessions, webinars, and demo classes to create student interest
- Establish MOUs and collaborative agreements with educational institutions for student referrals
- Represent SP Academy at college placement drives, career fairs, and educational events
- Maintain a database of partner institutions and track student pipelines from each college




- Coordinate with colleges for conducting aptitude tests or screening sessions for prospective students

Student Counseling & Enrollment
- Counsel prospective students (walk-ins, phone inquiries, digital leads, TPO referrals) on course selection based on their career goals
- Pre-screen students for technical aptitude and career fit before entrance test
- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to explain course curriculum, career prospects, and ROI
- Handle the complete enrollment process from initial inquiry to fee collection and admission confirmation (only for students who explicit entrance test)
- Address parent concerns and queries with professionalism and empathy
- Achieve monthly student enrollment targets across all three courses (SDET, Full Stack, Data Analytics)
- Maintain detailed records of inquiries, test results, conversions, and enrollment data in CRM
- Gather feedback from students and parents to imp
