Key Responsibilities:
- Set up VMC machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and materials.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and job orders to determine machine settings and cutting paths.
- Select and install proper tools, jigs, and fixtures as per machining requirements.
- Perform machine offsets, tool wear compensation, and tool changes accurately.
- Operate VMC machines to perform precision machining of metal parts.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.
- Continuously monitor the machining process for quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy using precision measuring instruments (e.g., vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.).
- Perform troubleshooting and minor maintenance of machines.




- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.:
- Collaborate with programmers and quality inspectors to optimize productivity.
- Maintain production records and daily activity logs.

Preferred:
- Experience in investment casting or precision machining industries.
