Qualification Diploma / Bachelor's / Master's degree in Hospital Management or Marketing Management

Experience Minimum 3-5 years in a hospital or healthcare organisation _(Hospital background mandatory)_

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase patient footfall across OPD, IPD, and specialty departments
- Conduct regular field visits to referring doctors, polyclinics, nursing homes, and corporate offices to build referral networks
- Promote hospital specialities, health packages, wellness programmes, and diagnostic services to target audiences
- Plan and organise Health Camps, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education events), and community outreach programmes
- Build and sustain solid relationships with referring doctors, RWAs, corporate HR departments, and community groups




- Coordinate with the digital team to support social media campaigns, WhatsApp marketing, and online brand presence
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and patient feedback to sharpen marketing strategy
- Ensure all branding materials — brochures, standees, digital assets — are current, accurate, and available for field use
- Submit weekly field visit reports, referral conversion data, and monthly activity summaries to management
- Represent the hospital at external events, health fairs, and community programmes with professionalism

Skills Required: Healthcare field marketing, doctor relationship management, event coordination, knowledge & support of digital marketing efforts, fluency in Bengali/Hindi/English preferred. Fluency in Word, Excel, PPTs, presentations to Senior Management, etc (preferable)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
