Experience : 3 - 6 years.

Pay Range : 25000 - 27000 per month.

Location : Vastrapur.

Key Responsibilities -_EDP Executive_.

User Management:
- Create, manage, and maintain user accounts and access permissions.
- Generate and distribute user credentials and ensure secure password management.
- Provide user support and training on system usage.

Server Management:
- Install, configure, and manage network policy servers and other critical server infrastructure.
- Perform proactive network and server monitoring and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain server security measures, including access control, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Configure and manage server domains and user access.

Assets Management:
- Conduct hardware verification and inventory management, including HOQ, RAM, processors, and other components.
- Manage and maintain a wide range of IT assets, including CCTV cameras, xerox machines, printers,



plotters, scanners, TVs, Wi-Fi devices, biometric devices, cellphones, and EPBX devices.
- Perform hardware assembly and disassembly as needed.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of computer hardware and software.
- Manage software licensing and compliance.

Network Management:
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization's LAN infrastructure.
- Ensure seamless LAN connectivity for all users.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Manage network security and implement appropriate security protocols.

On-Call Support and Technical Assistance:
- Provide timely and effective on-call support to address user issues and system failures.
- Collaborate with the EDP team to resolve complex technical problems.
- Analyze user requirements and provide appropriate IT solutions.

Technology Evaluation and Implementation:
