Total Duration: 2 to 3 Hours
- Level 1: Task assignment on the day of the interview
- Level 2: Interview with one of the Directors

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including billing, invoicing, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records of income and expenses in Tally or other relevant accounting software
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
- Handle GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances
- Monitor accounts receivable ageing and ensure timely payment collections from clients
- Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the Sales team
- Manage vendor payments based on approved schedules
- Track petty cash, staff reimbursements, and event-related expenses




- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities when required
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of financial data at all times
- Support event-wise revenue and expense reconciliation when required

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (M.Com preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a service-based or event management company
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and basic accounting tools
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian tax regulations
- Experience in payment follow-ups and receivables management
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred
- Experience working in small or mid-sized businesses
- Familiarity with Tally or similar accounting platforms
