Designation: Web Application Tester (1-2 Years Experience)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Validate business workflows, user interface and user experience behavior, data integrity, and overall system functionality.
- Perform various types of testing including smoke, regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and maintain basic automation scripts to support the testing process.
- Identify test cases that are suitable for automation and implement them accordingly.
- Run automated test suites and accurately report the results for review and further action.
- Prepare clear, structured, and professional test reports to communicate findings.
- Log defects with complete details and diligently track them until closure.
- Maintain comprehensive test documentation, release notes, and quality assurance checklists.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate issues, risks,



and dependencies in a clear and effective manner.
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in testing processes.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong grasp of manual testing concepts and techniques.
- Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and PyTest.
- Basic understanding of Python is advantageous.
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail, Postman, and Git.
- Strong analytical thinking and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,640.59 - ₹15,868.40 per month
