Job Title: Production Manager - Ice Cream

Job Summary:
The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the entire ice cream manufacturing process to ensure production targets, quality standards, and cost efficiency are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily production schedules.
- Ensure smooth operation of ice cream processing (mixing, pasteurization, homogenization, aging, freezing, filling, and packing).
- Monitor production output and minimize downtime.
- Maintain product quality as per FSSAI and company standards.
- Implement and monitor GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices.
- Control wastage and optimize raw material usage.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Store departments.
- Supervise production staff and shift in-charges.
- Maintain production records and reports.




- Ensure machinery maintenance in coordination with engineering team.
- Improve productivity and reduce production cost.

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of dairy and ice cream manufacturing process.
- Understanding of food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP).
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Production planning and inventory control knowledge.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Qualifications:
- B.Tech / Diploma in Dairy Technology / Food Technology / Mechanical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in ice cream or dairy production.
- Experience in automated production lines preferred.

Salary Range:
₹18 LPA - ₹20 LPA (Depending on experience)

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
