Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound & Inbound Calls:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote services, special offers, and events.
- Handle inbound calls from clients, providing them with accurate information about treatments, pricing, and availability.
- Follow up with leads and clients, ensuring that they have all the information they need and encourage booking appointments.
- Appointment Scheduling:
- Assist clients in scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling their appointments based on availability.
- Ensure clients receive reminders for upcoming appointments and follow up post-treatment for feedback and future bookings.




- Client Queries & Information:
- Respond to customer inquiries about treatments, services, packages, and pricing.
- Provide detailed information about the perks, processes, and expected results of services offered at Sirpi Aesthetics.
- Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Identify potential leads from marketing campaigns, calls, and referrals.
- Convert inquiries into bookings by presenting services effectively and addressing any concerns or hesitations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current promotions, discounts, and packages to enhance client engagement.
- CRM and Data Entry:
- Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointment details in the CRM system.
- Track call outcomes, follow-ups, and maintain client data with confidentiality.

- Actively promote new and existing services and packages to increase bookings and revenue.
