Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing:Fulfillment and packing of all orders across D2C (own website) and third party Marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc., following established processes and ensuring orders are processed within specified timelines, meeting the set quality standards.
- B2B shipments: Ensure all shipments are processed and packaged in line with processes, across Quick Commerce channels such as Blinkit, Zepto, etc.
- Vendor Management:Efficiently handling B2B/qcomm purchase orders, collaborating with packaging suppliers, the internal team and delivery partners to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor the status and address any potential issues.
- Inventory Management:Maintain daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports by conducting regular stock checks, replenishment of stocks, identifying and reconciling any discrepancies.
- Quality Control:Monitor and enforce quality standards in incoming packaging materials and outgoing products.
- Logistics Support:Build robust relationships with 3PL partners across D2C & Quick Commerce.



Communicate effectively about order status and delivery schedules and resolve any problems along the way. Track shipments effectively and communicate internally according to SOPs.
- Documentation and Compliance:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in sync with the Finance team related to supply chain activities such as proof of deliveries and invoices for quick commerce POs, invoices from packaging vendors, etc..
- Process improvement:Analyze and identify opportunities for optimization of processes and improving efficiency of operations.
- Overseeing primary product packaging:Overseeing product packaging with the warehousing staff. Executing batch-wise stamping and final packaging.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum qualification: 12th standard (CBSE or equivalent English-medium board).Preferred: Undergraduate degree with English as the primary medium of instruction.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations
