Location: Corporate Office - Mico Circle, Nashik (or as per company policy)

Promotion: Eligible for promotion to Senior Marketing Executive after 3 years of successful service in the same field

QualificationsAgriculture Division:
- Post Graduate in Agriculture Business Management / MBA (Agri)
- M.Sc./B.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture / Science Graduate
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture from a premier college

Animal Health Division:
- Above qualifications with veterinary certification
- B.Sc. in Veterinary / Fisheries / Feed Division

Age Criteria
- 24 to 35 years

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience

OR
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same business/field

Mandatory Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Internet savvy
- Fluency in English (additional languages preferred)
- Strong social media handling skills
- Valuable negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel across India

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective policies for smooth document and file management.
- Ensure timely completion of departmental sales targets.
- Maintain MIS reports and client records.
- Participate in agricultural exhibitions and thematic events as directed by management.
- Manage social media platforms, blogs, SEO activities, and product promotions.
- Update and maintain all relevant data in company software and media systems.
- Visit clients across India and plan visits as per business requirements.
- Address customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
- Attend meetings and deliver presentations when required.
