Job Overview:
We are hiring a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage content creation and reels for our jewellery brand and beauty salon. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about Instagram, short-form video content, and social media growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Shoot Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Create jewellery product showcase videos (close-ups, bridal collections)
- Create salon service videos (before/after, hair spa, makeup, client testimonials)

Video Editing:
- Edit reels using mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN, InShot, etc.)
- Add trending audio, captions, transitions, and hooks
- Maintain premium and aesthetic visual quality

Social Media Management:
- Post content regularly on Instagram and Facebook
- Plan weekly content calendar
- Research trending reel formats and audio




- Use relevant hashtags and engaging captions
- Respond to comments and messages

Performance & Growth:
- Track reel performance (views, engagement, reach)
- Suggest ideas to increase followers and inquiries
- Support basic Instagram promotions if required

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and Reels trends
- Basic video editing skills
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn
- Comfortable shooting videos in-store
- Good communication skills

Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Canva designing
- Basic photography knowledge
- Understanding of bridal, beauty, or fashion content
