Job Overview:
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who will be responsible for handling parent inquiries, guiding them through the admission process, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel parents about curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and school policies.
- Conduct school tours and explain program benefits.
- Follow up with prospective parents to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain admission records and update CRM/data regularly.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents for referrals and retention.
