Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for fixed deposits, and other banking products
- Promote cross-selling of loans, fixed deposits, and investment products
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Maintain accurate documentation and KYC records
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requests

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Higher Secondary in any discipline
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong customer handling skills
