Job Description — Architect

Location: Dakbunglow, Patna
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and working plans using AutoCAD
Develop 2D/3D designs, floor plans, and detailed construction drawings
Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and site teams
Conduct site visits and ensure design execution as per drawings
Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and project documentation
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
Modify and update drawings as per client and project requirements

Required Skills:
✔ Strong AutoCAD drafting and detailing knowledge
✔ Valuable understanding of structural concepts and building materials
✔ Site supervision and project coordination skills
✔ Space planning and design visualization ability
✔ Basic knowledge of 3D software (SketchUp / Revit — preferred)
✔ Good communication and problem-solving skills

Qualification

B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture / Civil (preferred)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
