Key Responsibilities

Academic Responsibilities
- Teach Physics/Chemistry as per CBSE curriculum and guidelines:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with learning outcomes
- Prepare students for school examinations, board exams, and competitive readiness:
- Conduct assessments, assignments, unit tests, and practical evaluations
- Maintain accurate academic records, grades, and student progress reports

Technology Integration
- Use smart boards, digital content, presentations, simulations, and online platforms for effective teaching
- Incorporate ICT tools, virtual labs, and e-learning resources into daily instruction
- Adapt teaching strategies for blended or digital learning environments:
- Stay updated with recent educational technologies and CBSE digital initiatives

Student Development
- Identify individual learning needs and provide academic support or remedial classes
- Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific temperament




- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
- Guide students in projects, experiments, and practical work

Professional Responsibilities
- Participate in academic planning, curriculum reviews, and staff meetings
- Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary learning
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
- Engage in continuous professional development and CBSE training programs
- Uphold school policies, values, and professional ethics

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics/Chemistry (B.Ed preferred)
- Experience teaching CBSE curriculum preferred
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
