Testing & Analysis: Perform routine chemical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, or titration methods.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record data, generate analysis reports, and maintain laboratory records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain analytical laboratory equipment to ensure accurate, reliable results.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe lab environment.
- Quality Assurance: Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results, identify quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Method Validation: Support the validation and transfer of analytical methods.
