Job Summary:
The Verification Executive will be responsible for verifying student documents, admission details, and payment records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. This role plays a key part in maintaining the credibility and smooth functioning of the admission process. It requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work with confidential information in a quick-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Verify student documents, payment proofs, and admission forms submitted through online and offline modes.
- Cross-check data shared by students, parents, or counselors with the system records to ensure accuracy and validity.
- Coordinate with counselors, sales teams, and students to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
- Maintain and update verification trackers on Excel/Google Sheets for proper documentation.




- Ensure timely completion of verification tasks to support smooth admissions and onboarding.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on verification status and share them with the team lead.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and compliance.
- Assist in periodic audits and quality checks to improve processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,310.16 per month
