Job Title: Production / Machine Operator - Trainee (ITI / Diploma Freshers)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machines as per standard operating procedures
- Assist in production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during production
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report issues to supervisors
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Support maintenance teams when required
- Maintain daily production records

Eligibility Criteria:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics or related field
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts




- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Good attitude, discipline, and learning mindset

Skills Required:
- Basic technical knowledge
- Teamwork and communication
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina for shop floor work

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: 21,000 Take-home
