Role Overview

The Client Relationship Officer serves as the primary point of contact between the firm and its clients, ensuring seamless communication, timely service delivery, and long-term client satisfaction. This role is critical to client retention, repeat business, and referral generation.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients across trademark, patent, copyright, and legal compliance portfolios
- Act as the single point of contact for all client queries, updates, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams — Legal,



Operations, and Accounts — to ensure timely delivery of filings, registrations, renewals, and advisory services
- Provide proactive, regular updates to clients regarding case status, hearing dates, office action responses, and documentation requirements
- Identify additional client requirements (renewals, current filings, enforcement actions, compliance needs) and recommend suitable services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and escalations in the firm's CRM system
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, including document collection and initial briefing
- Assist in collecting client feedback and resolving service-related concerns promptly
- Contribute to client retention targets and support reactivation of dormant client accounts
- Prepare periodic reports on client engagement, pending follow-ups, and service delivery timelines
