Job Description Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist / NLP Engineer
- Proven track record and experience with statistical modeling/data mining algorithms such as:
- Multivariate Regression, Logistic Regression, Clustering Algorithms, Support Vector Machines, Decision Trees, etc.
- Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Graph Mining
- DOE, Forecasting, Segmentation, Uncertainty Analysis
- Data Mining including Text Mining and Classification Methods - SVM, Neural Networks, etc.
- Vector Space Models for Unstructured Text
- Sentiment Analysis,



Association Mining, Semantic Analysis
- Strong experience in working with unstructured text data using transformer-based models and modern NLP techniques.
- Expertise in building statistical models and/or optimization frameworks to improve processes, products, and business outcomes.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages:
- Python (preferred) or Java
- Robust hands-on experience with:
- NLP libraries such as SpaCy, NLTK, Gensim, OpenNLP, CoreNLP
- Regular Expressions (RegEx) for text parsing, preprocessing, and data extraction
- Large Language Models (LLMs) and Knowledge Graphs
- Good knowledge of supervised and unsupervised NLP tasks including:
- Intent recognition
- Entity extraction
- Text classification
- Question answering
- Summarization
- Topic modeling
- Experience building and fine-tuning Language Models (LMs) such as BERT, ELMo, XLNet, or similar transformer-based a
