Job Overview
The Resident Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a student housing facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents. The role involves managing on-ground teams, handling resident concerns, supporting occupancy-related activities, and maintaining a positive living experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the student housing facility.
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and security teams to ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
- Handle resident queries, complaints, and conflicts with prompt and effective resolution.
- Support sales-related activities including resident onboarding, retention, and lease renewals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, housing rules, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams to address issues.
- Support community engagement initiatives and resident events.




- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, inspections, and maintenance requests.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in residential, hostel, or property management (student housing preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
- Leadership experience with team supervision capabilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a resident-first approach.

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
