Provide direct patient care as per doctor’s orders and nursing protocols
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition; report abnormalities immediately
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections safely
- Assist doctors during procedures and rounds
- Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient records
- Ensure infection control practices (hand hygiene, PPE, waste segregation)
- Prepare patients for investigations/surgeries and provide post-procedure care
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and discharge instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of ward/ICU/OT areas
- Handle emergency situations efficiently
- Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and support staff
Job Types: Full time, Fresher
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
