- Evaluations: Conduct initial assessments to understand client needs and identify problem areas.
- Planning: Develop and implement customized treatment or educational plans.
- Support: Facilitate individual or group counseling sessions.
- Monitoring: Track client progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Counseling, or a related field (required).
- Experience: Fresher of experience in a similar counseling role.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication and active listening skills.
- Soft Skills: High level of empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Fresher, Freelance
Pay: ₹8,506.36 - ₹43,549.25 per month
Expected hours: 60 per week
