Job Role:
We are looking for a target-driven Patient Financial Counsellor responsible for converting OP patients into IP admissions through effective medical and financial counselling.

Key Responsibilities:
Convert OP consultations into IP admissions

Achieve assigned monthly revenue & conversion targets

Explain treatment plans, costs, and payment/insurance options

Coordinate with doctors, billing, and insurance teams

Follow up with patients to close admissions

Requirements:
1-5 years experience in hospital counselling / healthcare sales / Academic Counselling

Robust communication & persuasion skills





Experience in OP-IP conversion preferred

Comfortable with targets and patient handling

Languages: English, Telugu / local language preferred

Salary: 18000-25000+ attractive incentives

Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹18,986.58 - ₹25,369.51 per month
