Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily orders through Unicommerce for various e-commerce platforms.
- Handle Amazon FBA dispatches, including shipment creation, labeling, packing, and coordination with Amazon warehouses.
- Prepare dispatch documentation such as invoices, shipping labels, and manifests.
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, dispatch schedules, and tracking.




- Ensure accurate packing as per platform guidelines to avoid RTOs and penalties.
- Update dispatch status and shipment details in the system.
- Monitor order fulfillment timelines and resolve dispatch-related issues.
- Maintain records of dispatched orders and inventory movement.
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and customer support teams for smooth operations.

Skills & Requirements:
- Prior experience in e-commerce dispatch operations is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Unicommerce.
- Must have worked on Amazon FBA processes.
- Knowledge of packing standards, labeling, and courier coordination.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Good coordination and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle high-volume dispatches.
- Effective interpersonal & leadership skills
