Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with the company’s real estate growth plans.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial modeling for residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct detailed project feasibility analysis using ROI, IRR, NPV, and sensitivity analysis.
- Structure and secure project financing through banks, NBFCs, and private investors.
- Manage and negotiate with financial institutions, lenders, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee cash flow planning, working capital management, and fund utilization across projects.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify financial risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.




- Present financial reports, investment proposals, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Requirement: Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, or real estate finance, with solid expertise in project funding and financial structuring

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
