We're seeking a skilled Tele Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls for our Hair Transplant Clinic. As a Tele Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, generating leads, and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from patients, answering queries and providing information about our hair transplant services.
- Make outbound calls to potential patients, promoting our services and generating leads.
- Follow up with existing patients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, patient interactions, and lead generation.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of hair transplant procedures and services.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tele calling tools.
