Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Physics lessons to students in grades 9 & 10.
- Prepare, plan, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Assess students’ progress through formative and summative assessments
- Create a positive and conducive learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students for academic improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective classroom management strategies.
- Organize and participate in school activities - academic and beyond academic, events, and meetings.
- Incorporate multimedia, technology, and contemporary teaching methods to make learning engaging.
- Conduct 1 hr study session(s) after school hour for Grade 10 students(twice a week)
- Teach core physics concepts such as motion, energy, forces, electricity, and simple machines in an engaging, accessible manner.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students regarding their academic and excel in board exams
- Maintain accurate records of students' performance, attendance, and behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents,



and administration to ensure the success of students.
- Assess and monitor student progress through regular quizzes, tests, projects, and homework assignments.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in teaching Physics.
- Understand the systems of the school and adapt accordingly

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Science Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Valid teaching certification or licensure for High School Physics
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the high school level preferred.
- Strong knowledge of high school Physics curriculum and pedagogy.
- Proficient in integrating technology into the classroom (e.g., calculators, graphing software, learning platforms).
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools for teaching.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
