Job Summary

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Handling & Sales
- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with customers

2. Product Knowledge
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
- Stay updated with latest jewellery trends and collections

3. Showroom Operations
- Ensure proper display and presentation of jewellery
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Assist in stock handling and inventory checks

4. Billing & Documentation
- Coordinate with billing team for smooth transactions
- Ensure proper documentation of sales and customer details

5. Customer Experience
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

- Basic knowledge of jewellery (preferred)

Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Experience: 1-3 years in retail sales (Jewellery experience preferred)
