What You’ll Own:
- Run day-to-day HR operations like a machine — onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, employee support.
- Manage the employee lifecycle end-to-end: onboarding, confirmations, transitions, exits, compliance.
- Maintain clean, accurate employee data across systems (Keka experience is a plus).
- Support policy rollouts, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that actually move the needle.
- Identify gaps, streamline processes, and continuously improve the employee experience.

This is not a checklist role. We’re looking for someone who thinks, improves, and builds.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years in HR Operations.
- Solid process orientation and obsessive attention to detail.
- Clear communicator with strong organizational skills.
