About the Role

We are a growing departmental store looking for energetic and reliable staff to join our team. The role involves customer service, billing, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Operate billing counter (POS training provided)
- Stock shelves, arrange products, check expiry/MRP
- Load/unload goods, lift cartons (up to 20 kg)
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the store
- Assist with receiving deliveries and daily stock checks
- Work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
- Handling store loading & unloading, shifting stock, and managing physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to work till late-night shifts,



especially during high-demand days, closing time, or special events.
- Managing basic security responsibilities, keeping the store workplace safe and steady.

Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years:
- Ability to work 9-hour shifts (day/evening)
- Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly
- Retail/store experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10000- ₹12000/month

- Weekly off (rotational)

Job Schedule
- Duty:9 hours per day:
- 6 days a week (rotational shifts)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
