Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise housekeeping staff and service vendors to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Monitor daily cleaning schedules for offices, common areas, restrooms, and other facility spaces.
Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal according to company and environmental guidelines.
Coordinate pest control activities and hygiene inspections.
Maintain inventory of cleaning materials, consumables, and housekeeping equipment.
Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain service quality.
Ensure health and safety compliance within the premises.
Handle client or employee complaints related to housekeeping or soft services.
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning standards, safety procedures, and service etiquette.
Maintain daily reports, attendance records, and service logs.
Required SkillsGood team management and supervision skills

QualificationDiploma / Bachelor’s Degree (Hotel Management, Facility Management, or any relevant field preferred)
Experience2-5 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management.
Work EnvironmentCorporate offices, hospitals, malls, airports, hotels, or residential facilities.
