Attend and handle walk-in customers, telephonic enquiries, and digital leads.
Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle performance.
Maintain proper follow-up of enquiries and update records in DMS / CRM systems.
Achieve assigned monthly retail and enquiry conversion targets.
Generate business through field activities, references, and hyperlocal marketing.
Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for deal closure.
Ensure complete documentation for booking and delivery process.
Maintain customer relationship for repeat and referral business.
Follow dealership discipline, reporting structure, and compliance policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,547.49 - ₹25,594.79 per month
