RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain solid relationships with recruiters and industry partners
- Identify placement opportunities for students across batches
- Coordinate interviews, campus drives, and placement activities
- Track and update student profiles, resumes, and placement status
- Ensure placement targets are achieved within defined timelines
- Guide students on interview schedules and placement coordination
- Prepare placement reports
- Coordinate with students, trainers, recruiters, and management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Placement.
- Experience in education, training institutes, or skill development organizations is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR or Management background is an added advantage) protection standards.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior developers is an advantage.
