Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Medical Representative to onboard doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers onto the AIVIDA platform. Your primary goal is to build relationships, explain product benefits, and drive enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and labs in assigned areas
- Explain AIVIDA platform features and benefits clearly
- Convert leads into onboarded partners
- Schedule demos and assist in onboarding process
- Maintain daily visit reports and follow-ups
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of visits per day
- Onboardings completed
- Demo bookings
- Conversion rate
- Partner retention





Requirements:
- Any graduate (Life Sciences / Pharmacy preferred)
- 0-3 years experience in medical sales / field sales
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Willingness to travel locally
- Basic smartphone & app usage knowledge

Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare / pharma / SaaS sales
- Good networking with doctors or clinics
- Tamil + English communication
