Job Title: Middle School English Educator (Grades 4-8)

Job Purpose

To inspire a love for the English language and literature while ensuring students master the mechanics of writing, reading comprehension, and oral communication. You will be responsible for preparing students for the academic rigor of high school by building a strong linguistic foundation.

Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Excellence: Design and implement lesson plans covering prose, poetry, drama, and grammar aligned with the school’s curriculum (CBSE/Cambridge/IB).
- Literary Analysis: Guide students in grades 6-8 through deeper textual analysis, character sketches, and thematic explorations.
- Creative Writing & Grammar: Conduct workshops on creative writing, essay structuring, and advanced syntax to improve student expression.




- Digital Integration: Utilize ICT tools and multimedia resources to make classic and contemporary literature relatable to Gen-Alpha.
- Linguistic Evaluation: Assess student performance through creative assignments, debates, and formal examinations; provide constructive feedback.
- Co-Curricular Leadership: Take charge of the Literary Club, school newsletter, or training students for inter-school Elocution and MUN (Model United Nations) competitions.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
