Our Team

The Centralized Master Data Team plays a pivotal role in supporting multiple business units globally across Molex. The team ensures data integrity, accessibility, and governance of material data, enabling efficient product development and operational excellence.

This role involves collaboration with:
- Product & Project Engineers
- Material Science Team
- Operations & Supply Chain
- Product Stewardship Team

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and management of Material Master data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Interpret NX CAD drawings/models to load Engineering and Production BOMs into SAP:
- Plan, prioritize, and execute project objectives while meeting deadlines
- Perform data quality checks, audits,



and validations across SAP and Teamcenter
- Manage and support Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes
- Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process flows:
- Execute mass data uploads using tools like LSMW, batch processing, or similar
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on data and processes

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Chemical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field
- 2-4 years of industry experience in manufacturing environments
- Experience in Materials Management, Production Planning, or ECM functions:
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP (R/3 or S/4 HANA) - MM, PP, SD modules
- Familiarity with Teamcenter, EBX, or Alation:
- Robust understanding of product development lifecycle

Technical & Functional Skills
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI (preferred)
- Python scripting (NumPy, Pandas) - added advantage
- Experience with
