Position Overview and Objective

Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and build talent pipelines for assigned business segments.
- Advise leaders on recruiting best practices, providing insights supported by metrics and market data.




- Collaborate cross-functionally and escalate issues appropriately to TA Leadership when needed. Drive and manage the full recruiting process using tools and systems (including Workday ATS).
- Build trust with hiring managers and stakeholders through consistent, high-quality execution.
- Continuously seek to understand and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work toward team performance metrics and hiring objectives in a results-driven environment.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as requested.

Key Skills and Experience
- Bachelors or Master’s degree with minimum 5-8 Yrs of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Solid sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting platforms.
- Independent judgement and ability to deliver results and work out contingency plans with mínimal direction or supervision.
