Role Overview

Floor.Estate is seeking a proactive calling-focused sales professional to support market expansion and sales coordination. This role is ideal for someone who excels in telephonic communication, follow-ups, and relationship management, and enjoys converting leads into meaningful business conversations.

You will act as a key link between channel partners, investors, and internal teams, ensuring smooth lead movement from first contact to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to channel partners, brokers, investors, and prospective clients:
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings, site visits, or follow-ups for the sales team
- Maintain regular communication with existing partners and prospects
- Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams for deal progress and closures
- Update CRM with call outcomes, lead status, and follow-up actions
- Support market expansion through structured calling and database management




- Track customer feedback, objections, and basic market insights

Desired Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in calling-based sales, inside sales, telecalling, or B2B sales:
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with daily calling targets and follow-ups
- Organized, disciplined, and process-driven
- Basic understanding of real estate sales cycles (preferred, not mandatory)
- Confident, self-motivated, and conversion-focused
