Key ResponsibilitiesData Input: Accurately transcribing claim information from physical or digital documents into our central database.Verification: Cross-checking policy details and field reports to ensure all entered data is consistent and error-free.Record Maintenance: Updating and managing digital archives to ensure information is easily accessible for the investigation team.Reporting: Generating periodic summaries and claim status reports for management.Confidentiality: Maintaining strict security for sensitive personal and financial data.

Requirements & SkillsSpeed & Accuracy:



Minimum typing speed of 35-45 WPM with high precision.Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of MS Excel and basic office management tools (Google Suite/MS Word).Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Graduate preferred).Experience: Previous data entry experience is a plus, but freshers with solid technical skills are encouraged to apply.Attention to Detail: Ability to spot discrepancies in complex claim documents.
