About the Role

Design Collection is looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecalling Executive who will handle lead generation and sales for our Digital Marketing Services (Meta Ads, Google Ads & Online Lead Generation Services).

Key Responsibilities
- Calling potential clients and generating qualified leads
- Explaining digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Lead Generation)
- Converting inquiries into sales
- Maintaining proper follow-up and client records
- Understanding client requirements and suggesting suitable services
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Must be a Graduate:
- Based in Indore:
- Prior experience as a telecaller or in sales preferred
- Experience in Digital Marketing Sales / Meta Ads / Google Ads is an advantage
- Computer literate
- Excellent verbal communication skills




- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Ability to adapt communication style as per client
- Positive attitude & ability to handle feedback

Qualification
- Graduate (mandatory)
- High school diploma minimum (but preference to graduates)
- Sales-related training (preferred)

Salary
- Fixed Salary + Incentives (Based on performance)
