Job description:
- Perform routine diagnostic tests (Hematology, Biochemistry, Serology, Microbiology, etc.)
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and analyzers
- Prepare reagents and solutions as required
- Record and analyze test results accurately
- Follow SOPs and NABL/quality standards
- Conduct daily internal quality control checks
- Maintain test accuracy and documentation
- Report abnormal results immediately to the pathologist/supervisor
- Clean and sterilize laboratory instruments
- Monitor calibration and maintenance of machines
- Maintain patient records and lab registers
- Enter data into LIS/software systems
- Prepare reports for review and validation
- Follow infection control and bio-medical waste disposal guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Minimum Graduate (Bscmlt)/DMLT or equivalent qualification.

2. Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience

3. Shift Timings : 12:00 noon till 10:00 pm

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Education:
