Track & Trace Executive

We are hiring a proactive Track & Trace Executive to monitor and manage US-based FTL/LTL shipments. The role involves tracking loads, coordinating with drivers and brokers, updating TMS/CRM, and ensuring on-time delivery with real-time status updates.

Requirements:
- 6 months - 2 years experience in US Logistics (Track & Trace preferred)
- Good English communication skills
- Knowledge of FTL, LTL, Reefer & Dry Van
- Familiar with TMS software & load boards
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred

Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
