About the Role:
We are hiring a Customer Success Executive who will be responsible for managing end-to-end course setup and LMS operations for client accounts. This role requires hands-on work on the LMS platform, coordination with clients, configuring assessments, managing video modules, and ensuring courses are properly tested before going live.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:
LMS & Assessment Management
- Create recent courses on the LMS as per client requirements and arrange modules in the correct sequence.
- Upload videos, PDFs, presentations, and other learning materials, and add external video links properly.
- Configure course access settings and learner permissions to ensure the right users have the correct access.
- Create and set up assessments in the LMS, including attempt limits, passing marks, grading logic, time limits, and visibility settings.
- Check question options and correct answers before making the assessment live.
- Test the complete course and assessment from a learner’s point of view before activation.

Video & Content Handling




- Break long training videos into smaller modules if required
- Upload and organize video files properly
- Manage ZIP files and bulk content uploads
- Ensure external video links are working correctly
- Maintain proper file naming and version control
- Ensure content layout is clean and structured

Basic understanding of video trimming/splitting tools is required.

Client Communication & Account Handling
- Provide clear status updates on ongoing tasks
- Coordinate with internal product or tech teams for issue resolution
- Request temporary credentials when backend testing is required
- Maintain proper documentation of client requests and changes
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
