Role Overview:
- Create a nurturing and child-friendly classroom environment
- Conduct engaging play-based learning activities
- Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and well-being of every child
- Maintain regular communication with parents
Eligibility:
- Graduate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education (NTT/Montessori preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of preschool teaching experience (mandatory):
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and love for working with young children
